• HELPS KEEP GREASE IN – When correctly sized and securely clamped, the boot helps retain CV grease and limit entry of water, sand and road debris. It is intended for a serviceable joint, not to repair a clicking, loose or already damaged CV joint.
• SOLID BOOT INSTALLATION – This is not a split boot. Remove the damaged boot, clean and inspect the joint, apply the correct CV grease, then install with a compatible stretch cone or by axle disassembly. Trim only at the molded size steps and secure both ends.
