Emotional Pictures Corporation (collectively “Emotional Pictures” or “we” or “us” or “our”) has developed this Privacy Policy which details important information regarding the use and disclosure of user information collected on our website and our collection of personal information during our normal course of business and record-keeping, such as through your participation in productions.

Emotional Pictures is a producer of non-fiction programming, whose series have aired on more than 15 television networks and in more than 50 countries worldwide.  And, privacy is of great importance to us. Therefore, we have established this Privacy Policy as a means to communicate our information gathering and dissemination practices. 

 It is important that you read this Privacy Policy, together with any other terms, releases and notices that we may provide on specific occasions when we are collecting or processing personal information about you, so that you are aware of how and why we are using such information.  If there are other parties involved in any productions who have collected your personal information directly from you, they may use your information in accordance with their own privacy and cookie notices, which you should also read.

 By using this website and/or providing information to us during our normal course of business, such as through your participation in productions, you signify your assent to this Privacy Policy.  We may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time in our sole discretion and will post any such changes on our website. If you are from outside the United States, please note any information you provide may be transferred to, stored, and processed within the United States.

We do not collect personal information from you when you visit our website.  If you choose to contact us via email through our website, we may retain your email and email address along with any other associated information.  Doing so is completely voluntary on your part, and you have the choice about whether and what information to disclose via your email.

 We may collect certain personal information from you outside of our website during the course of our normal business operations if you do business with us and/or are employed by us.  For example, we may collect certain personal information about you (such as, without limitation, name, email address, date of birth, address, and phone number) through your participation in a production and related activities, either directly from you or from your representative, or from third parties authorized by you.

Security.  We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place reasonable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect.  However, please be aware, no data transmission over the Internet, wireless transmission or electronic storage of information can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Please note that we cannot completely ensure the security of any information you transmit to us.

Children's Privacy.   We do not knowingly collect or maintain personal information from persons under 13 years of age without parental consent.  If you are under 13 years of age, then please do not use or access the website at any time or in any manner unless you parent or guardian has given written consent. If we learn that information of persons under 13 years of age has been collected on the website without verified parental consent, then we will take the appropriate steps to delete this information.
